Tenancy Fees

Below are our standard market tenancy fees:
* Please note that certain properties may have different fee structures due to the demands of the landlord. Anything additional will always be explained at the viewing and in correspondence once a Holding Deposit has been paid.

Admin Fees

One week's rent (inc. VAT) per Tenancy (NOTE: NOT per person)

Renewal Admin Fees

£120 (inc. VAT). These fees will be waived if renewal paperwork is completed correctly, in full and returned on time.

Check out fees

Usually confirmed to Tenant at point of offer (failing that before commencement of tenancy). The charge (if applicable) differs based on size of property, level of furniture and whether a landlord instructs a professional inventory clerk. We advise Tenants to expect a cost of approximately £120 per property (inc. VAT).  

Terms of Deposit:

Please note, the deposit is paid into a segregated and secure client account

Once payment has been confirmed, a Holding Deposit Receipt is issued and all referencing requirements will be sent alongside it.

If referencing has not begun within a 48 hour period of issuance of the Holding Deposit Receipt, the property will be re-listed on the market and viewings will be conducted.

In the case that you fail referencing or decide against moving forward with the property at any stage once the HD has been paid, all funds are NON REFUNDABLE.
